You never know what might happen in a triple threat match. In this case, the challenge of both Ms. Budde and Alan Monroe were too much for reigning champion Kelsai Adamson-Mason. But it was Hell's Reject who ate the fall thanks to a distraction from Ace Marshall. Ms. Budde would win her first taste of GCW championship gold at the End of the Year Bash 2020.
