What anniversary, you ask? As of Saturday, it's been a full year that GCW has been hosted on pair.com through my account.
I personally have noticed much better performance over the free options. I think I can only recall one 30 minute downtime due to a problem on a database server. Does anyone else have any feedback?

I agree. This looks better than the free options and is more efficient. The only thing that would make this even better would be if we could spice it up with a nice, nifty GCW banner at the top of the forums. But I'm not sure ours can do that and I'm not sure I can make the banner anyway.lol

Matt, I can put the banner in place, maybe...but yeah, someone else would need to make it.

A week ago, it was the 2nd anniversary of when I joined GCW!!!!

There is a banner we have used since I reopened GCW in 2012. If anyone wants to look at it, I tweeted it from the GCW twitter account. I'm not sure how good it looks. Plus, it probably needs an update anyway. I'm in the process of maybe getting it updated.

I can try taking a look at doing a banner some time next week. It'll help distinguish this in my quick thumbnails from another fed I'm on with the same skin, lol. What dimensions does it need to be?

Wish I could say... lol ...I'm still not an expert about any of this by any means. Use your best judgment is what I tell everyone else who designs banners for me.
