In 2014 the GCW Global Heavyweight Championship was created to be a world title exclusive to the Livewire brand and equal to the GCW World Heavyweight Championship that remained exclusive to the Shotgun brand. The Global Title remained active until August 2nd, 2022.

Jazmyn Rain defeated five other opponents in an elimination chamber match to earn her second GCW Global Heavyweight Championship.
