UPDATE on the condition of Summer Newman & Steve Powers

GCW Officials have heard from Summer Newman's representatives and they claim that her personal doctors have cleared her to compete. She cannot compete, however, unless she has been cleared by GCW's medical team. Summer has been given an appointment with the GCW medical team to undergo a medical evaluation and, if she is cleared to compete, she will make her return in the GCW Civil War Match in February.

Steve Powers has been cleared to compete by the GCW medical staff but Mr. Powers would not make a commitment as to whether he would definitely return for the Civil War Match itself. Sources within the Powers camp tell us that he is considering retirement. What we can tell you is that he is cleared to compete in the Civil War Match if he so chooses.
