Roster Cuts?
It's pretty much becoming time to update the pic base list again (which can be found here: viewtopic.php?f=28&t=104) and obviously, there can be a glut of characters that either aren't used, or haven't been used in months. If there's any characters on this list that need to be cut, this is the place to do it. Any help of course, is appreciated!
