Shotgun House Show - June 14, 2016 (Huntington Arena, Morgantown, WV)

"Pure Heart Warrior" Izumi Sato vs. Madame Santos

In her GCW debut, Izumi Sato impressed the West Virginia crowd, putting Madame Santos away in short order after hitting her finisher "BUSHIDO!" (judo uranage).

Winner: Izumi Sato (Pinfall, 3:43)

"The Saviour" Ethan Payne vs. Matthew Bowden

In the second debut of the night, the 19 year old Ethan Payne had his hands full early on with the feisty Matthew Bowden, but after a heel kick to Bowden's face, the match was all Payne, who pinned Bowden after hitting "Shattered" (Cross Rhodes).

Winner: Ethan Payne (Pinfall, 5:17)

The K.O.C. vs. Wrestling Purity

Lazarus and Shields were dominent over Dionisia and Chajev, after a early rally by Wrestling Purity. Shields hit Chajev with a low blow with the ref's attention elsewhere, and they put Purity away with "The Knockout Shot."

Winners: The K.O.C. (Pinfall, 10:10)

Amelia Robson vs. Joey Michaels

The former World Champion felt she had something to prove, and unfortunately for Joey Michaels, he was her target. Michaels tried everything including cheating, but Supergirl was too much for him on this night. She was fast and took to the air several times before hitting "Punishment for Villany," earning her the 3 count.

Winner: Amelia Robson (Pinfall, 8:56)

Jay Pride vs. Aedan Quinn

Back and forth match, with Quinn taking over after a tussel on the floor. Quinn hit "Irish Pride" but Jay kicked out. With the crowd's backing, Jay never looked back and was able to pin Quinn after hitting "Pride Eater."

Winner: Jay Pride (Pinfall, 18:47)

Ezio Gianetto da Poveglia vs. Destiny Skye

After some back and forth, Ezio was able to gain an advantage over Skye, but was unable to secure the pinfall. Cassidy came to the ring to lend some "assistance," but Hannah Myers showed up to fight Cassidy off, and the two wound up fighting out of the arena. The distraction allowed Skye to hit "Destiny" (an RKO) followed by "Skye High" (a dragonrana) and she got the 1-2-3.

Winner: Destiny Skye (Pinfall, 17:19)

Victoria Salinas vs. Travis Vessey

In a preview of the Global Tag-Team Championship match to take place on the next televised Shotgun, Salinas and Vessey gave the fans an exciting contest. Victoria controlled much of the latter portion of this bout, shortly after the 15 minute mark, chick kicking Vessey, followed by the "Siren Breaker" (Straightjacket neckbreaker slam) and the three count.

Winner: Victoria Saalinas (Pinfall, 15:06)

Kayla Jones vs. Christy Hightower

The Main Event tonight was another preview of the forthcoming Global Tag-Team title match. This one was also very evenly matched up. Kayla had the first sustained advantage, but couldn't keep Hightower down. The tide turned, but Christy had the same luck putting Jones away. Travis Vessey made his way to the ring, cheering his partner on, and tried to get involved when Victoria Salinas showed up. Vessey and Salinas started to brawl as inside the ring, Jones went to the top and dove with "Kaylamity"…but Hightower moved out of the way! Christy took full advantage of Kayla's miss and rolled Kayla up for the three count.

Winner: Christy Hightower (Pinfall, 22:18)
